Having passed one of the most restrictive anti-smoking measures in the country, smokers will no longer be able to smoke in the following places.  All businesses within the city limits of Manhattan, including restaurants, bars, clubs, private clubs, hotels, motels, patio’s, public gatherings, sporting events, within 20 feet of any business entrance, and more.
